Energies up to 760 KeV are available.

We provide temperature controlled implants from LN2 chilled all the way up to 1000°C heated stage and everything in between.

We also accommodate wafer pieces, solids and whole wafer sizes from 2 inch through 6 inch in both research and production quantities.
